China National Offshore Oil Industrial Museum has a floor space of 18,144.7 square meters, with an exhibition area of 11,024.5 square meters. 4 permanent galleries, 2 temporary galleries and 1 theater are set up in the museum: on the first floor, there are anteroom (Bohai oilfield panoramic sand table, etc.), Party Building and Culture Gallery, General Secretary Xi Jinping's Concern for the Offshore Oil Industry Theme Gallery, temporary galleries (A Long Line of Inspiring Principles for the Chinese Communists Theme Gallery, Party Discipline Learning and Education Theme Gallery) and theater. On the west side of the second floor and on the west side of the third floor, there is the Development History Gallery. On the east side of the second floor and on the east side of the third floor, there is the Science and Technology Popularization Gallery.

The Party Building and Culture Gallery

The Party Building and Culture Gallery, comprehensively introduces the Party building and culture construction as well as the achievements of CNOOC from the 1950s and 1960s to the present.

The theme gallery

The theme gallery of “General Secretary Xi Jinping's Concern for the Offshore Oil Industry” has an exhibition area of 300 square meters.

Development History Gallery

With an area of 3,997 square meters, the Development History Gallery is chronologically divided into four chapters, namely, Starting From Scratch (1957-1977), Foreign Cooperation (1978-1992)

Visit Appointment

◇The China National Offshore Oil Industry Exhibition Center is an enterprise of CNOOC, not a tourist attraction, and does not charge any visiting fees to any institutions or individuals.

◇There are two forms of visit appointments: online and offline. Offline appointments are currently only open to the internal system of CNOOC, while online appointments are only accepted for group reservations.

◇If you need to cancel your appointment due to personal reasons, please cancel the appointment in the system before 8:00 am on the day of the visit.

◇After appointment, the admission quota for any visiting team cannot be transferred.

Opening Hours

◇The Exhibition Center opens from Tuesday to Sunday and closes on Monday (except for public holidays).

Getting Here

No. 4 Building of CNOOC Tianjin R&D Industrial Base(South side of CNOOC Building A), No. 2121 Haichuan Road, Binhai District, Tianjin.

Bus Route 1: You can take the No.124, No.932, No.933, No.934 buses, get off at Huangshan Road West Central Station, and walk 500m to arrive at Center

Bus Route 2: You can take the No.135 interval, No.135 buses, get off at Jinhaihu Station, and walk 600m to arrive at Center.

Metro: You can take high-speed railway, get off at Binhai West Station, and take buses or take a taxi to arrive at Center.
